Jonathan DeCuir, MDiv, Masters, Organizational Leadership, is a result driven multidimensional Executive Pastor that has over 20 years of success in creating and fostering business partnerships that provide value to church organizations and individuals. 

His proven strengths are in streamlining processes, direct mailings, radio broadcasting and strategic planning while developing/cultivating a church or individualized brand.  

Wise beyond his years, Jonathan inspires people across religious, political, and cultural boundaries and possesses a strong understanding across all facets of the Business Leadership, Organizational Leadership and Individual Leadership.  

Having experience with Promise Keepers and the responsibilities of being a Program Director for “At Risk” Youth at Harambee, Jonathan DeCuir demonstrates strengths in the area of creating a team environment by utilizing superior business judgment thus fostering from his staff strong work ethics and desire to achieve and contribute to the organizational reputation, retention and success.
